EXIF Date Changer

Almost any photo stores a lot of data in an area called EXIF. Here, digital cameras record the date and time the photo was taken, but also more advanced information, like the aperture size and shutter speed, ISO values and so on. Most applications for organizing photos use the EXIF data to organize and manage photos and in case this information is not correct, your photos may not be organized in the best way possible. For example, if the date and time of a digital camera are wrongly set, then this data appears incorrect in the EXIF area of the image.

Fortunately, there are some applications which can help you repair this problem, by changing the EXIF information of an existing photo. I am talking about the EXIF Date Changer application, a Windows program which, according to its name, it's able to change the date and time of a photo by modifying it in the EXIF area directly. Normally, this is not possible using Windows alone, but with EXIF Date Changer, you will be able to do this with just a few mouse clicks.

After the program is installed and launched, the user will notice the tabbed and intuitive interface of EXIF Date Changer, which allows him to easily learn the program's controls and features. The first thing to do is to select the desired photo folder that should be modified. Next, the user will be able to adjust the date and time, by just delaying them with certain values or by setting a desired date and time.

What's more, using the second tab of the interface, the user will be able to rename photos using their EXIF information, for making them easier to organize. Besides that, watermarks can be added to images, for protecting them against illegal use.
